With one foot still in Winter and one foot reaching into Spring, our Maine weather reflects how we are straddling the old patterns we’ve worked hard to leave behind during our winter hibernation and the new dreams, fresh perspectives & renewed resolve we feel emerging now. We navigate the complexities of this time with more tea time, more deep breaths, more laughter, more rest, more surrender to the unknown & not understood and more standing still in the middle of the rumble & tumble. We are “sipping up healing” inside and out.
